You can renew your physical ID card if it is lost, loosen, stolen, teared, unclear or broken.
Fees for renewal
The fees for renewal is QQ$1,000.00, which includes renew fees and the cost of making the ID card. We will cover the shipping fees if it is INSIDE of QQ Care Centre.
Any replacement outside of QQ Care Centre, or international shipping may be subjected to pricing under the Envelope Delivery for Lazyness at https://edl.qq.thegwk.tk.

Currently, we only support request of renewal via email. We'll be adding more options soon.
