The member of QQ Identification Document (ID) card is a physical cards that identifies you as our member of QQ (MOQ).
Virtual ID are like online IDs. It works by an authorized agency of QQ scan your QR code on your physical ID. Your virtual ID includes additional information of you and passes you granted.
Passes are like tickets to allow you for a certain entry of some places. For example, a game show pass.Â
Your physical ID card
Yes, you need to carry your ID card around, regardless of outside or inside of QQ Care Centre. We recommend putting your ID card in your phone case, wallet or inside something you carry the most.
No. You should keep your ID card away from any liquid substances.
If you accidently wet your ID card, quickly dry your ID card with tissue or towel. Make sure the details and the QR code on the ID card is readable. Renew your ID card if any details aren't readable.
ID cards are legal documents offered by the agency of QQ. Do not write, draw or scribble anything onto your ID card.Â
If you draw, write, scribble or do anything related to them, please request for a renewal. Otherwise, it will be invalid.
As long as the details on your ID card is visible, you don't have to renew your ID card. If your ID card is teared by accident (about 50% or more), ripped off or/and lose apart, you need to renew it. You cannot tape your ID card as your ID card will be invalid.
Yes. You can take a photo of your ID card. But you can't use the photo on your smart device as a verification 'photo'. However, you can use the ID card that you've taken as a proof of ownership when you lost your ID card by accident.
NEVER send a photo of your ID card to anyone, except the agencies of QQ who request for verification purposes.
It is strictly PROHIBITED to exchange ID cards, receive ID cards that are not yours or give away your ID card. Whoever falsely use ID cards that are not theirs can be charged for false information under QQ rules Penal Code 31 Act 2021.
If you or an authorized agency of QQ tried to scan the QR code on your ID card but it has issues, please contact us at qqcarecentre@gmail.com to arrange shipment to ID Department. We'll try to identify the issue.
If the QR code isn't readable due to us printed an invalid QR code, we'll replace your ID card and cover the shipping cost for FREE.

The status on the pass contains of two different background color - White (or black in dark mode) and green
In most premises, organizations, agencies or requirement in QQ, you're required to have a green background color on the vaccine pass, often refers to 'green status'. All default user's background (status) is white (or black in dark mode).
The white (or black in dark mode mobile web) status refers to this person is not vaccinated, partially vaccinated or immune build up. This means that this person is not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and therefore not allowed to have the features that those who are fully vaccinated have.
The green status refers to this person is fully vaccinated, fully vaccinated and boosted or exempted. This means that this person is fully vaccinated or exempted to get the vaccine due to allergic or health issues, and therefore allow to have the features that those who are not fully vaccinated don't have.
Long story short, you should get the green status by getting vaccinated against COVID-19.
You need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to get the green status. You need to have any of the requirement below in order to counted to be fully vaccinated:
Get a one-dose COVID-19 vaccine and wait 28 days since the day of injection. Example brands of one-dose COVID-19 vaccine are J&J and CanSino (non-full name).
Get a two-doses COVID-19 vaccine. After your second dose, wait 14 days. Example brands of two-doses COVID-19 vaccine are Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac and AstraZeneca (non-full name).
If you refuse to receive the full initial of any COVID-19 vaccine, despite being healthy, not allergic or eligible for it, unfortunately you cannot get the green status.

You've registered with us based on the time of registration, and your ID number is based on the time of register. So, unfortunately you can't change your ID number.
